Coin Amounts

The Richland/Angus Municipal Court will accept minor coins for payment not to exceed the following amounts:

• $0.50 in Pennies
• $2 in Nickels
• $5 in Dimes
• $10 in Quarters
• $25 in Half Dollars
• $20-25 In 1 Dollar Coins

Policies

• All coins must be rolled
• Coins presented as payment must have the payers name, address, and telephone number printed on coin roll. 
• If rolled coins do not equal the amount that is being presented to the court for payment, the presenter may be charged with fraud.
• Unrolled coins will be accepted if amount owed is less than $1.

This policy has been implemented for the most efficient processing of court payments and customer service.
