New Customer Water Application

To begin water service with us, all new customers are required to complete a New Customer Water Application and submit it in person at our office. Please note the following requirements:

 

  1. Complete the Application – Download and fill out the New Customer Water Application form. Make sure all sections are completed and signed.
  2. Provide Identification – Bring a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license or state-issued ID) and social security card.
  3. Water Deposit – A deposit of $250 is required at the time the application is submitted. This deposit must be paid before water service can be activated.
  4. Submit in Person – Bring the completed application, required identification, and deposit to our office during business hours.

 

 

Once everything is received, we will process your application and schedule your water service connection.
